Sotheby’s International Realty is searching for an experienced Office Coordinator for the San Francisco, Marina office. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing a high-touch level of hospitality and representing the brand and services Sotheby’s International Realty can provide, by anticipating and responding to the needs of clients, vendors, and the public, while maintaining a personable, team-oriented, and professional disposition. The Office Coordinator is also responsible for providing general administrative support to staff and sales associates.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with onboarding new agents, including welcome packages, office keys, desk preparation, office tours, and other requirements.

Assemble recruiting packages and marketing materials.

Organize in-office trainings and events, including catering, setup, and attendee tracking.

Submit monthly expense reports.

Provide administrative support to brokerage managers as needed.

Transaction Administration:

Update listings and sales in databases.

Post properties online.

Support marketing and transaction teams as needed.

Office

Duties

:

Greet visitors, answer phones, manage signage, office supplies, mail, and equipment.

Coordinate with IT, manage invoices, and prepare sales reports.

:

Maintain confidentiality and a professional environment.

Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent experience, preferably in real estate.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience in a customer-centric environment with administrative responsibilities.

Real estate background preferred.
