Position: Administrative Assistant to the Director of Sales and Operations

Availability: Immediate; Full-time or Part-time position available

Position Summary:

To work in a fast-paced environment assisting in the overall operations of a snow removal company. To provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments as it relates to the operations of snow removal before, during, and after an active snow event. To ensure contracted jobsites are being serviced according to the specifications of the client contract while working closely with assigned service providers performing the work. To adhere to all procedures in place related to mitigating potential risk of injury and exposure of liability resulting from snow removal operations.

We are looking for an individual who displays a desire to grow continually, remain flexible in an unpredictable atmosphere, and one who remains teachable regardless of their tenure with the company. Above all, we seek one who takes personal responsibility and works as though it’s their own company. These traits outweigh any experience one can bring and won’t be ignored because they are hard to come by. A person of such character has ample opportunity for growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Ability to make phone calls for the gathering of information
Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft operating systems
An ability to manage multiple projects as required
Time management and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
The ability to be proficient, dependable, and a highly motivated team player, while able to endure immense work pressure
Demonstrated problem and/or dispute resolution skills
A strong commitment to upholding company values
