Job Title: Front Office Manager/Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager/Receptionist This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensures smooth office operations, and assists with event coordination and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Office Management

Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
Coordinate facility maintenance, cleaning services, and office repairs.
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up video conferencing.
Support HR with onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, providing office tours, etc.).

Event Presentations & Coordination

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and client presentations.
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
Serve as a liaison between vendors, clients, and internal teams during events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in a front desk, administrative, or office management role. Experience in event planning or public speaking is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Positive attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
