Office Administrator

The Operations and Office Support Administrator manages the office, handling duties for upper management while providing administrative support. They must be able to multi-task; solve problems and maintain an organized workplace.

Essential Functions
Welcome and direct employees, visitors, and clients.
Manage workflow by providing administrative and clerical support, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
Handle shipping requests as needed.
Generate memos, emails, reports, and proofread when appropriate.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment and copiers.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for senior management.
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence, as assigned.
Support Operations by:
Manage vehicle maintenance, registration, toll programs, vehicle cameras, fuel cards, new vehicle set-up, etc.
Manage cell phones companywide.
Coordinate IT related requests such as new laptops or new configurations
Process monthly credit card reconciliations for senior management.
Support the accounting/financial department, as requested.
Submit reports and prepare presentations as needed.
Direct office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Regular Attendance, required
The ability to work all scheduled hours, including after hours
Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree in a business-related field preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
