What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations smooth and efficient. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Support: Organize workflows and ensure the office is running seamlessly.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Supply Procurement: Order materials and supplies for projects.
Special Projects: Assist management with various initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficient in data entry and typing with strong computer skills
Experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems
Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
Strong clerical and administrative experience, including filing and data collection
Basic math skills and experience with transcription and order entry
Previous office experience is a plus
