Summary

As a *** Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Greet employees and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Assist with setting up events and meeting rooms
  • Conduct routine floor checks and walk-arounds to ensure everything is in place
  • Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed

Experience Requirement: At least 1 year of relevant experience

Required Skills

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, calendar, and simple office applications)

Education: at least High School Diploma
