Office Coordinator (Part-time)

Hours: Part-time (0.6-0.8 FTE: 24-32 hours/week)

Relevant working experience: Prior relevant working experience required

Compensation: Starting at Euro 3.140,- FTE eq. per month (plus EOY bonus & pension contribution)

Language: English

Location: Delft area (hybrid possible)

Start date: April 15th or later

Mission

Your mission is to take recurring operational, people, and business support work off the plates of the management team by running these processes in a structured, predictable, and transparent way, so others can focus on technology and customers.

This role combines office & logistics operations with light business & project administration and is central to keeping the company “calmly organised” as we scale further.

Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Run administrative routines.
  • Schedule and minute meetings.
  • Coordinate travel bookings.

Business Operations

  • Maintain the weekly and monthly cadence around reporting.
  • Communicate with service providers to ensure compliance.

Logistics Operations

  • Hardware stock & procurement.
  • System configuration based on step-by-step instructions.
  • Prepare & document logistics operations.
