A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to support its Boston office operations. This full-time, 100% onsite role runs from April 1, 2025, for 3-6 months, with the possibility of permanent hire. The position offers a pay rate of $27/hour and requires working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, in a business casual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting & Event Coordination – Manage scheduling, logistics, catering, and room setup for in-office meetings.
Executive &
Client Support
– Provide administrative and operational support for
leadership
and key stakeholders.
Front Desk & Hospitality – Greet and assist executives, clients, and visitors while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Administrative Assistance – Handle office reservations, expense reconciliation, vendor coordination, and reception backup as needed.
Office Operations Support – Collaborate with remote executive assistants and local office departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or executive support.
Strong organizational skills,
attention to detail
, and ability to multitask in a
fast-paced
setting.
Professional demeanor with excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, adaptable, and
team-oriented
with a “no task too big or small” mindset.
