We’re growing—and we need an experienced, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help lead the charge!

At Legacy Health Insurance, our office is a high-energy hub where clients get real help with Medicare and individual insurance, and our team thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will play a key role in keeping operations smooth, supporting HR needs, coordinating with vendors, and leading our customer service and admin systems.

Salary: $45-55K depending on experience

Requirements:

Must become Life & Health licensed within 6 months

Proven office management experience

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & basic accounting skills

A trustworthy, self-directed team leader
