Must Haves:
3+ Years of Office Assistant, Customer Service, Inventory, Retail or Hospitality Experience
Organized, reliable, & meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Day to Day:
Maintaining an organized and presentable office space.
Tracking and managing office inventory, including supplies and equipment.
Shipping and receiving packages, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
Overseeing the snacks and drinks inventory for six kitchen areas, including restocking and making recommendations for replenishments as needed.
Receiving, organizing, and setting up meal service for our onsite team of 400 employees.
Coordinating the receipt, setup, and delivery of catered meals for departmental meetings.
Assisting with engagement events to enhance team morale and collaboration.
