What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Office Assistant, you will undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. There is a great potential for career growth for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone, emails and mail.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of information.

Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinate with scheduling specialist.

Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Handle general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Be willing to learn and collaborate with other team members for operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Some experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Must have strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience in Homecare is a big plus.
