Duties:
– Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
– Collect patient information, verify insurance coverage, and update patient records
– Assist with billing and payment processing
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Assist with office management tasks as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
– Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/EMR system
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
