Full Job Description

Empowered Globalis an electrical contractor specializing in generators, residential service work, and remodels, as well as light commercial service work in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the surrounding areas. We prepare our team with the knowledge, training, and tools they need to become highly skilled professionals with a rewarding career path.

Currently, we have an immediate need for anOffice Coordinatorwho will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Work Hours:8:00 am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Scale:$19.00 – $24.00/hr depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

High school diploma or (GED)

1 year of customer service and scheduling experience

Written and verbal communication in English

Highly proficient in organizational skills and MS Office

Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

Service Titan software knowledge

Geographical knowledge of the service area (Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, and surrounding areas)
