Job Responsibilities:

Strong command of spoken and written English language is mandatory

The candidate must have strong experience providing “C level “executive support and serve as the primary point of contact for any internal and external matters.

Must be extremely organised to support various activities, including managing day-to-day operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Provide administrative support when coordinating internal and external meetings, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsible for tracking critical updates for key projects within the department.

Must be a highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently whilst working within a fast paced environment.

Manage day-to-day records, monitor deadlines and follow-up responses with internal and external Stakeholders.

Compose, edit, and transcribe drafts, in addition, to proofread all internal correspondence prior to approval both in Arabic and English.

Manage key relationships and ensure regular engagement with all parties.

Coordinate all onsite and offsite events, including setting up of the event location, inviting and scheduling guests, coordinate programs as well as other arrangements.
