Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with office organization and maintain a clean front desk area.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
Deposit client payments, updating Centerbase and Quickbook records
Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proficient computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
