What You’ll Do:

Assist truckers with registrations, permits, compliance, and insurance.

Partner with DMV and other agencies to resolve issues quickly.

Support dispatch, factoring, and company setup for new trucking businesses.

Answer calls and emails with patience and professionalism.

Wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience with registration, licensing, or administrative work

Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Customer-focused, proactive, and able to multitask

Willing to learn, adapt, and step up when needed
