As a Sales and Customer Service Agent with British Swim School DMV, you are responsible for making inbound and outbound calls, enrolling new customers, processing existing customer needs, and attending marketing events while making all experiences personal and memorable. You will become a master of our teaching program, internal systems, collaborative tools, and CRM systems. The ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is a huge bonus!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the face and voice of British Swim School. This will entail a heavy amount of customer interaction via phone, online, and most importantly in-person. Making the goal of every interaction to turn a potential customer into a happy member of our family or keep a current member of the BSS family happy. Never forgetting every email you send, call you answer, or call you make is a representation of our entire company. You must be able to seize these opportunities to impress.
You will need to become a master of our internal systems such as our CRM, Jackrabbit, emailing through Gmail, Slack, and our BSS App.
Keep detailed notes of each interaction with families in our CRM and communicate often with the customer service team and manager for cohesive movement as a team.
Manage and resolve customer issues with the perfect balance of firmness and genuine heartfelt care, including knowing when to talk and when to listen to a customer.
Process online web registrations and in-person customer enrollments.
Assist Deck Ambassadors and Swim Instructors as a backup deck attendant when needed.
Help organize and execute marketing events in and out of our office and pools.
Assist in developing and presenting forms and reports for the School Manager and Growth Director.
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer and student changes including but not limited to: graduations, make-up and enrollment scheduling, facility and teacher schedule changes, requests for additional information, billing questions, and any additional customer requests/needs.
Embrace your mistakes! You’ll inevitably make a few. Be able to take it upon yourself to ensure you will grow from them.
Help identify any ways our systems and processes could work more efficiently, catching anything we might have missed.

WEDNESDAY: 3:00p – 8:30p
THURSDAY: 3:00p – 8:45p
FRIDAY: :3:00p – 8:30p
SATURDAY: 8:00a – 3:00p
SUNDAY: 8:00a – 3:00p

Required Skills and Experience:

High school diploma required.
Fluency in Spanish is greatly preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience with CRM’s, POS systems, and collaborative online tools preferred.
Be able to have a sense of humor with the customer and your coworkers while never breaking professional character.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
