Job Description: Resident Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our assisted living facility. As a Resident Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents and their families, overseeing staff schedules, coordinating resident needs, and handling administrative tasks related to resident care.

This role will have key responsibilities at both our Ormond Beach and Palm Coast communities.

Responsibilities:

Care Planning:
Assessing individual resident needs
Developing personalized care plans
Coordinating necessary services such as medication management, therapy, and dietary requirements
Staff Management:
Supervising caregiving staff to ensure residents receive proper care
Overseeing staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage
Providing guidance and support to staff members
Quality of Care:
Monitoring the quality of care provided to residents
Implementing improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being
Administrative Tasks:
Handling administrative duties related to resident care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records
Serving as a liaison between residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Social Work)
Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare or assisted living setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to resident care
