Office Coordinator / Team Assistant

Based in the CBD – permanent part time

Up to $80 – 90k plus super

Our client:
People2people have partnered with a national consulting firm based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD to source an experienced Office Coordinator / Team Assistant for their growing team. Building teams who have the expertise and knowledge to provide project service, achieve outcomes and deliver customer service.

The role:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Brisbane team by taking the challenge of office coordination, meeting and greeting clients, meeting room coordination and management, travel and accommodation arrangement, documentation / reports formatting and email and correspondence support. This is a pivotal role in the team as you will be the go-to person for admin / operational and in office support!

Selection criteria:
Certificate in Business Admin or equivalent coupled with previous experience Admin / Secretary / Office Coordinator role

Experience from a professional services background would be highly advantageous

High level of computer literacy – Advanced MS Word, Intermediate PowerPoint

Excellent time management and coordination skills

Strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
