Overview
Construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support operations and accounting functions. This role plays a key part in keeping projects running efficiently by managing administrative processes, supporting contract activity, and assisting with compliance and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contract and non-contract proposals
- Process and track change orders
- Assist with annual contract renewals
- Coordinate insurance certificate requests
- Prepare union reconciliation reports
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and union representatives
- Assist with monthly union-related journal entries
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting
- Set up and maintain office technology and equipment
- Support additional projects and administrative tasks as needed
