About the Role:
This role encompasses the management of office supplies, attendance, leave records, agreements, and insurance-related tasks. It involves maintaining district staffing data, coordinating with HRD, and preparing required staff reports. The position also includes supporting accounting functions such as financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and maintaining cash books and vouchers. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in IT support, software installation, and data management.
A key responsibility is overseeing the Saving Project, ensuring the accurate verification of forms and client data, while also handling other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, maintain attendance and leave records, oversee agreements and registrations, and handle insurance tasks including data verification and claims processing.
HR Coordination: Maintain district staffing data, send weekly updates to HRD, manage employee dues for resigned/terminated staff, and facilitate communication between HRD and district staff.
Accounting Assistance: Support financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and cash book maintenance, assist during closing periods, and manage payments as instructed by the Head Office.
ICT Management: Provide basic IT support (email, internet, troubleshooting), install software, and ensure proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
Saving Project Management: Verify and process forms from branches, maintain records, ensure accurate data entry, communicate with clients about savings account interest, and coordinate with the bank for approved clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience: Fresher/Experience (1-2 year)
Skills Required:
Proficiency over MS-Office.
Experience with Stationary & Office Maintenance.
Ability to accurately verify forms, enter data, and ensure the correctness of information in records and reports.
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and external stakeholders, including verifying details and providing updates.
