Responsibilities

  • Prepare formal government letters in Burmese, strictly following official formats and protocols
  • Coordinate with government offices and relevant stakeholders for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Take detailed Meeting Minutes (MoM) and distribute clear, structured reports to stakeholders
  • Support the team in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all official communications and project records
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
  • Monitor action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support preparation of project reports, presentations, and status updates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Myanmar (Burmese) formal writing, especially government letter formats
  • Good understanding of government processes, protocols, and communication etiquette
  • Proven experience in meeting minute taking and reporting
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management ability
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
