Responsibilities
- Prepare formal government letters in Burmese, strictly following official formats and protocols
- Coordinate with government offices and relevant stakeholders for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
- Take detailed Meeting Minutes (MoM) and distribute clear, structured reports to stakeholders
- Support the team in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all official communications and project records
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
- Monitor action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support preparation of project reports, presentations, and status updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Myanmar (Burmese) formal writing, especially government letter formats
- Good understanding of government processes, protocols, and communication etiquette
- Proven experience in meeting minute taking and reporting
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
