Syed Group is looking for Office Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing office supplies and equipment, and handling emails and texts.
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries & Report to Management.
  • Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership.
  • Managing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
  • Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Bangla and English typing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Real Estate,Group of Companies, Building & Construction Materials

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Must possess excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Bangla and English.
  • Should have sound knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong skills in data entry, report preparation, document management, and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Performance metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and other Office applications).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Bangla and English.
  • Good knowledge of data entry, document formatting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
