Responsibilities

Managing communications: Answering phones, directing calls, sending and receiving emails, and managing mail and other forms of communication.

Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate person.

Office supplies: Ordering, stocking, and managing office supplies.

Communicating with vendors: Coordinating with vendors for services like maintenance, deliveries, and catering.

Facilities: organising access cards for new starters, maintaining access card register and escalating security concerns.

Coordinating events: Planning and organising office events and monthly staff BBQs

You will also have the opportunity to upskill and assist our account fulfilment team with day to day tasks

About You

While previous admin experience in an office environment is ideal, we are also open to school leavers who are looking to kick start their career in a corporate setting. You must be proficient across Microsoft officer Suite and Outlook
