Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in various office tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
– Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with order entry and processing
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
– Proficiency in using office software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of basic proofreading techniques
– Familiarity with file management and recordkeeping

Pay: $18.74 – $22.00 per hour
