We’re seeking an energetic, efficient and people-oriented professional who will help the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting our unique startup culture. You will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support while managing office operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. What you will do

You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, assisting the management team and supporting HR on administrative matters.

While working toward these goals:

You will coordinate office operations, including office maintenance, food and equipment supply

You will help HR with the onboarding and other people-related topics

You will take care of the administrative work on different topics including legal and travelling

You will be a friendly face and helpful resource for our staff, addressing their needs and concerns

You will help organise fun external and internal team events, meetings and other activities

You will innovate and implement office policies that align with our agile startup approach and foster an enjoyable work environment.

Who you are

You are a person with a passion for order, organization, efficiency and attention to detail

You have a flexible mindset and quick problem-solving abilities

You have excellent organisational skills and love to take on responsibilities

You are a fluent English and French speaker

You have work experience in HR, General Services/ Administration or Executive Assistant in an international environment

You enjoy interacting and communicating with people

You have a high level of professionalism and ethics.
