Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Office Life and Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers and staff members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and develop their administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously

Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as required

Receive and distribute post and deliveries

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks

Support with planning and coordination of internal and external events

Assist with ad hoc tasks and requests as required

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A polite and professional telephone manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

Graphic design skills or experience is a plus, but not essential
