Beehive Retirement Community, our beautiful Assisted Living & Memory Care community located in McCleary, WAhas a current opening for anOffice Manager.Reporting directly to the Administrator, the Office Manager fills a crucial role within the community and is responsible for the organization and daily operations of the front office. In addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company, the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Prior experience in leadership or management preferred;

High school degree, or equivalent, required

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Computer skills required;

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills, friendly and personable personality

Commitment to excellent customer service

Prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus!
