Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at Nohokai Production Services Inc. The Office Manager will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, office management, customer service, and office administration tasks.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration

Proficiency in managing office equipment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong understanding and application of AP, AR, and Payroll

Knowledge of office software applications to include but not limited to Microsoft and Quick Books Online

High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred
