Lee Financial Associates is a boutique financial planning firm that works closely with individuals and families—many of whom have been with us for decades. As we prepare to celebrate the retirement of a long-time team member, we’re looking for someone to step into this essential role supporting our advisors and helping take care of the clients who trust us.

What You’ll Do:

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you’ll help keep our office running smoothly and ensure our clients have an outstanding experience. You’ll be the point person for many back-office tasks, including:

Tracking and following up on client service requests like account transfers, rollovers, beneficiary changes, and required minimum distributions (RMDs).
Communicating with clients—and sometimes their attorneys or CPAs—to help resolve open items and gather documents.
Helping process death claims and account updates following life changes like a divorce or the loss of a loved one.
Reviewing daily service cases through our custodian portal and staying on top of anything that needs follow-up.
Logging client check deposits, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records to keep everything compliant and audit-ready.
Assisting clients with online account access or e-delivery setup.
Supporting client review meetings by preparing forms and reports ahead of time.
Helping update our phone message when the office is closed for holidays.
Managing domain name renewals for our firm’s website.
Jumping in to help with various admin projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a financial services, client service, or operations role
Someone who’s comfortable working in a structured, detail-heavy environment
A person who communicates clearly, is proactive, and knows how to follow up
Familiarity with financial services platforms like Osaic One Hub, Equipt, or similar tools is a plus—but not required
Tech-comfortable and organized (you’re not afraid of a spreadsheet or a shared calendar)
Discreet, trustworthy, and understands the importance of confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.89 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
