Affordable Fixes Heating Cooling Plumbing is looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our daily business functions. This role is essential in managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a high level of organization in our fast-paced HVAC and plumbing company. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks

Manage and organize company documents, invoices, and records

Coordinate schedules and appointments for service technicians

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests

Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate employee timekeeping

Assist with accounts payable and receivable, working closely with the accounting team

Maintain office supply inventory and ensure a well-organized workspace

Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new office staff

Work collaboratively with leadership to improve office efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

Experience in an office management, administrative, or similar role (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a related field)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities

Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software (preferred, but not required)
