– Oversee and manage daily operations of the office

– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

– Maintain and update office policies and procedures

– Manage office supplies and inventory

– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

– Assist with budgeting and financial management

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

– Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed

– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

– Previous experience in office management or a related field

– Knowledge of eClinicalWorks, Epic, or other medical office management software

– Familiarity with utilization management and medical records processes

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

– Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
