About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support our General Manager in daily work. The role is hands-on and involves managing almost everything for the GM, including calls, meetings, travel, and office tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong skills in MS Office, and Power BI, and can help make decisions with accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GM’s schedule, calls, and emails.
  • Arrange travel and meetings and be with the GM when needed.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Use Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate with staff and external contacts.
  • Keep files organized and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow up on tasks and support the GM proactively.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in office management or admin support.
  • Professional experience in MS Office and Power BI.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work with discretion.
