Annual Salary: $90,000.00 US Dollars
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Position Details:
The position of Office Manager will support the executive assistant team and oversee administrative operations for/ within corporate office. The office manager will also help with ensuring there is a seamless in-office experience for employees and visitors. The office manager will be responsible for such duties as tracking inventory supplies, planning internal events, arranging successful deliveries, and making sure that anyone who visits the office is promptly welcomed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support with organizing and preparing for meetings and tours, including planning and logistics.

Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize procedures.

Manage mail room, sort, and distribute all mail. Coordinate shipping of mail/packages as needed

Monitor and replenish supply levels within the 3M office and Integrated Operations Center. Maintain neat and organized supply room areas and pantries.

Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Support Executive and Senior Leadership teams on special projects and assignments.

Support coordination of travel as needed including producing itineraries.

Produce executive documents

Support with engagement and team events.

Support with the coordination of maintenance of 3M office.

Provides backup in the absence of executive assistant.

Maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.

Schedule and maintain conference rooms.

Order and coordinate catering needs.

Perform all other duties as required.

Skills and Competencies:

Must be competent (minimum intermediate skill level, advanced level preferred) in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills – to interact with all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience:

3-5 years of experience

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
