Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Office Manager to manage our administrative staff. They will undertake various administrative tasks consisting of both daily and as-needed or requested duties. These duties include but are not limited to motivating administrative team to effectively meet and exceed goals; answering and placing phone calls; emails; assisting customers, technicians and other managers; and light bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner while also possessing the ability to manage and work as part of a team. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, honest and promote smooth running of the front office. Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are a non-smoking company to include vaping. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Applicant must have prior office or pest control experience.

Responsibilities

Ability to motivate co-workers to ensure daily operations are handled correctly and in a timely manner.

Self-regulated time management to complete assigned duties in a timely fashion and in compliance with company procedures and policies.

Manage professional phone calls and correspondence including emails and letters.

Create and update records and databases with customer information and other data.

Assist other managers and customers whenever necessary.

Skills

Knowledge of the Palm Coast area is a big plus.

Previous pest control experience is a big plus.

Positive attitude even while handling stressful situations and during busy moments.

Proven experience in a relevant front office role.

Ability to retain information to carry out tasks.

Attention to detail is a must.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintain professionalism through written and oral correspondence.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to concentrate on the task at hand.

Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer skills. Training will be provided on our software.

Qualifications in prior office, phone handling and minor collections will be an advantage.

Possession of a high school diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
