Our CPA firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Skills include typing, Microsoft Office knowledge, familiar with office equipment, phone etiquette, and an ability to operate in a high output, high demand environment and handle many simultaneous tasks.
Responsibilities and Skills:
Type documents in Word and Excel for financial statements and general correspondence.
Copying and assembling tax returns for final copies to clients.
Ability to operate a high output copier.
10 key calculator skills.
Scanning tax returns and source documents.
Answer phone and direct calls to staff.
Greet clients as they arrive at the office into a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
Possess good social and communication skills.
File maintenance in our library and vault.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
