Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with all staff and students by being a warm, welcoming presence in the front office
Maintain all student records at the school site
Maintain the master schedule for students, teachers, and administration
Oversee admissions processes (registrations, enrollments, records)
Helpfully respond to a variety of parent inquiries, by phone, email, or in person
Oversee Registrar tasks such as creating and maintaining student transcripts
Assist with campus events
Manage inventory and order supplies and books
Resolve and/or assist with facility related issues
Own and/or assist with general office and clerical responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
A background in education is a plus, but not required
Three (3) years of administrative assistant experience is desired but not required.

Ability to speak clearly and concisely in written and oral communication

Ability to stay upbeat even in difficult situations
More Details: This is full-time in-person position (no remote option available). The candidate must be able to reliably commute to either campus (Menlo Park, CA 94025 and/or Burlingame, CA 94010.) Regular hours will be an 8-hour shift from 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
