At KIC, we’re on a mission to build a brand that supports people to feel their best. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager (3 days per week) to help create an environment where our team can do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Office Management & Operations

  • Own the day-to-day running of the KIC office, ensuring it’s organised, welcoming and set up for productivity
  • Manage office supplies, contractors, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate shared spaces, meeting rooms, and office logistics
  • Support workplace health & safety and office compliance
  • Continuously identify ways to improve the in-office experience

People Experience

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring every new team member is set up for success
  • Support internal transitions and offboarding processes seamlessly
  • Partner with P&C to run engagement surveys and track action items
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites and key cultural moments
  • Continuously elevate the employee experience across the full lifecycle

Operations Team Support

  • Support the Operations team with admin and coordination tasks
  • Manage the accounts inbox and support reconciliations (cash and company credit cards)
  • Assist with operational projects and process improvements
  • Help maintain organised systems and documentation

IT Coordination

  • Coordinate device setup and access for new starters and leavers
  • Maintain IT asset tracking and documentation
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for team IT needs

About You

You’re someone who naturally brings order, energy and thoughtfulness into a space. You take ownership, notice the details, and genuinely care about creating a great experience for others.

You likely have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, or People & Culture coordination
  • Availability to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience using HRIS tools and Google Workspace
  • A warm, approachable communication style
