About the Role
We are a global company seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative & Finance Assistant to support our North American operations at our Powder Springs, Georgia office. This in-office part-time position plays a vital role in managing daily financial transactions and supporting administrative functions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor outstanding balances.
Record cash receipts and perform bank deposits.
Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist with basic financial reconciliation and reporting tasks.
Client Bill Pay Program
Process vendor payments for clients in the U.S., Canada, and international markets.
Reconcile monthly bill payments and provide updates to the Managed Services team.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely client payment execution.
CRM & Contract Management
Enter new sales contracts into the CRM system.
Update and close contracts upon project completion or expiration.
Administrative Support
Handle general office duties including filing, printing, emailing, and reporting.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with planning meetings and coordinating travel logistics.
Complete occasional errands and provide day-to-day office support.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education
Formal accounting, finance and business administration training
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
