Field Administrator – Waterbury, CT

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support to Project Team through all phases of construction process on multiple projects.
Create, maintain and distribute contact lists, submittal logs, etc.
Organize, order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors.
Receive and distribute daily mail, packages, FedEx.
Maintain drawing and submittal logs.
Track and update project schedules and drawings.
Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, owners, local building departments, site. superintendents and others, as required.

Skills/Qualifications:
Highly organized with strict attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently
Ability to prioritize effectively
Computer proficiency, experience with Timberline a plus
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
Deadline driven
