Position Overview

The Office Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a productive, efficient, and positive work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing scheduling, and providing support to staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office environment is efficient and organized.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and appearance.

Coordinate staffing scheduling.

Handle office communication, including answering phones and emails.

Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Manage office-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Support leadership with various administrative tasks as required.

Assist with organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Maintain an up-to-date filing system for office records, documents, and communications.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Proven Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Organizational Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Multitasking Abilities:
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Customer Service Orientation: A customer-focused attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Team Player:
Works well with others, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), office management software, and basic office equipment.

Adaptability and Flexibility:
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education

/Experience Requirements:

High school diploma required;
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support.

Experience with office software, scheduling tools, and basic office management.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
