Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support operations by supervising staff ; planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiencies
Know business, products, customer, vendors, employees,
teamwork
concepts and philosophies as applied to worksite
Keep timely and orderly records such as files, employee records, and other administrative documents
May be responsible for administrative and accounting functions such as assist with payroll preparation and review, information management, filing systems, requisitions of supplies and other administrative functions
Establishes and monitors uniform correspondence procedures, including coordination of overnight shipping of documents
Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department
Answer telephones, greets customer and visitors as needed
P-card proxy – keeping track of the receipts etc.
Production entry
Creatives and receives Purchase Orders
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

include interviewing, and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Directly reviews and monitors efforts and initiatives carried out by the direct reports and other shop personnel
Set goals and deadlines for the department and direct reports
Responsible for evaluating the performance, training needs, professional development and discipline of direct reports

High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent of one plus years’ office experience or equivalent combination of
education

Supervisory experience
Knowledge of basic office equipment (phone, fax, copier, 10-key)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Ability to
communicate with employees, peers, supervisors, vendors, and customer is an effective manner
Must be
detail oriented, organized, and have
problem-solving
and reasoning skills
