Overview:
Our team is growing! We are hiring a part time admin assistant/receptionist for our Kingsburg branch. Shift will be in the afternoon from 12 to 5 Monday through Friday. This team member will also be trained in escrow functions, but no escrow experience required.
Duties:
Answer phones, reaching out to clients, packaging documents, banking, mail, and data processing.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Experience in office work, retail, or customer service a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Programs, particularly Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Personable, positive and friendly. Must be comfortable with answering phones, greeting walk ins, and crafting professional emails.
Additional Information:
This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $18 – $20/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience.
