Job Summary
Accountable to the Governance Manager, the post holder will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations for all Workforce Development Trust offices. In fulfilling the duties of the post, the post holder will work within established policies and protocols and will be expected to use their own initiative, seeking advice from appropriate staff where necessary, ensuring that the service requirements are complied with accurately and on time and are delivered in a professional, customer focused way.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly and provide cross cover as necessary in relation to administrative and corporate governance support and ad hoc duties across the business, in addition to taking overall responsibility for reception duties at the Bristol office, providing a professional, courteous and friendly efficient service at all times.
The post holder will manage and coordinate a range of activities and services requiring the post holder to analyse information and to make judgements and producing a range of recommendations.
The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Workforce Development Trust’s offices and facilities, ensuring they are fit forpurpose, properly serviced, and organised in a way that is matched to business need and compliant with relevant policy, legislative and regulatory provisions.
