Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This role requires proficiency in various office technologies and a friendly demeanor to effectively manage front desk interactions.

Located in Santa Ana, Offering $39-$51/hr.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Oversee scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for the office.

Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation using Google Suite.

Coordinate with dental receptionists and assist with patient inquiries as needed.

Ensure the front desk is well-maintained and welcoming at all times.

Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages.

Support administrative tasks including typing reports, memos, and other documents.

Assist in training new staff members on office procedures and software usage.

Requirements

5+ years experience as Office Manager.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general computer literacy.

Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
