Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and time management skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
Assist with processing and organizing paperwork received from the field.
Maintain filing systems for physical and digital records.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
