Position:
Office Manager

As an Office Assistant at Southern Roofing and Renovations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ourdynamicsales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your organizational prowess andattention to detailwill be vital in maintaining our exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Communication Hub:Act as a central point of contact for internal and externalcommunication. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor.

Documentation:Prepare contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining organized records and databases.

Client Interaction:Handle client inquiries and concerns withprofessionalismand acustomer-centricapproach. Liaise between clients and sales representatives to ensure effectivecommunication.

Inventory Management:Monitor and track inventory of sales materials, ensuring supplies are readily available for the sales team. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a seamless flow of materials.

Sales Reporting:Assist in generating sales reports and data analysis, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate andup-to-datereporting.

Office Organization:Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Order office supplies and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.

Support Initiatives:Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Contribute to the success of community service initiatives.

Requirements:

Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with meticulousattention to detail.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in afast-paced environment.

Professional and friendly demeanor, even under pressure.

Reliable and punctual with astrong work ethic.

Acollaborative teamplayer who can also work independently.

High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
