Office Manager

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for a Office Manager to oversee the general administrative functions and activities of our office in Jacksonville. This position will also p rovide high-level administrative support to multiple departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily work activities of the office.
Assists with training.
Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail
.
The ability to multi task
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
Not required but beneficial:
HVAC/Plumbing knowledge
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
