We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing employee relations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional administrative and bookkeeping support. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations, including ordering supplies as needed.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Lightspeed to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Provide administrative support by typing documents, proofreading materials, and preparing reports.
Complete safety tasks for the company on a regular basis.
Complete bi-weekly payroll processes.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Act as a personal assistant to owners, handling correspondences and various tasks as needed.
Manage hiring profiles and complete hiring process for new employees.
Support team members with various tasks as required to enhance overall productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
