We are looking for a talented and professional Office Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity.
As a member of the office staff at Floor Coverings International Spokane and North Idaho, the Office Manager is key to the growth and expansion of the local franchise. Your success will allow for more proposals to be written, lead the scheduling and installation of projects, and help maintain clean financials.

Job Scope
Customer Management: Develop trust with customers by living our Core Values all day and every day.
Marketing: Ensure customers feel cared for by having pride in what you do – providing extra mile service
Operations (Production): Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders.
Financials: Manage accounts payable and receivable and accurately update QuickBooks daily for all income and expenses.
Continuous Improvement: Attend weekly meetings with Franchise Owner at scheduled time and submit GS&R Prep form weekly via email.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
Able to work independently without supervision.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
